At my retreat you will get:
- Yoga every day
- Accommodation in a double room
- Vegetarian food, breakfast buffet and dinner, coffee/tea.
- The entire program; walks, sauna, pool and other surprises.
We practice yoga 2-3 times per day, a total of at least four hours.
In the morning, a soft workout with a focus on breathing and stretching. Then a more physical session in the afternoon/Kundalini yoga.
We spend the evenings together singing, laughing, meditating and there will be several surprises.
At least once we will heat up the lovely sauna and a salt water pool is also available.
There will be opportunities to walk every day, together, in a group or as it suits you.
The rooms are beautifully decorated, each room has a unique color and feel.
All rooms are en-suite, with hot/cold AC, ceiling fans, comfortable beds, electric mattresses, hairdryers, kettles and safes.

THE YOGA CENTER
Located in the beautiful nature reserve Andalusia "Sierra de las Nieves" in southern Spain. The owners have built the entire resort with their own hands. Construction started in 1994 and has been improved all the time since then. It has everything you need that you would expect from a luxury yoga retreat and so much more.
The source of the river "Rio Grande" is born at the entrance to the village. From it flows the purest water throughout yoga center, which offers a fantastic saltwater pool while being surrounded by the wonderful scent of mountain flowers.
The yoga hall with its five meter high ceiling and meditation area gives a deeper dimension to the experience. Even a large wooden terrace can be used for yoga practice, in the shade and/or sun.
In addition, we are surrounded by waterfalls and lots of flowers and plants. Multi-level gardens offer beautiful hidden oases with beautiful hand-painted decorations and mosaic tiles.
There are several caves and a large saltwater pool as well as an outdoor shower.
The center also offers spa and massage treatments.
