MOLINO DEL REY - YOGA RETREAT
For your stay to be as pleasant as possible please note the following information.

Included in the price:
- Yoga everyday
- Accomendation in dubbel room
- Vegetarian food, breakfast buffe and dinner, coffee/tea. Leftovers from the day before will be available for anyone who gets hungry between meals.
- The whole program; walks, sauna, pool and other surprices.
THE YOGA RETREAT
We practice yoga 2-3 times per day, in total a minimum of four hours.
In the morning a soft practice with focus on breathing and stretching.
Then a more physical session in the afternoon/Kundalini yoga.
We spend the evenings together singing, laughing, meditating and there will be several surprises.
At least once we will heat up the big Swedish style sauna and a saltwater splash pool is also available.
There will be opportunities to walk every day, together in a group or whatever suits. Bring comfortable shoes, trainers are suitable.
If you wish we can arrange for anyone interested a half a day visit to the historical town of Ronda and/or to the coast. The road is magnificent, almost unreal with mountains, valleys, and note, a lot of bends! You will leave after morning yoga and breakfast, come back for dinner and evening session. Additional cost for the trip.
THE ROOMS
The rooms are beautifully decorated, each room has a unique color & feeling.
All rooms are en-suite, with warm/cold AC, ceiling fans, comfortable beds, electric mattresses, hairdryers, kettles, and safes.
No room service, bed linen, towels, etc are not renewed during your stay.
Please bring your own towel or you can lend, to use by the pool & for the sauna.
THE VENUE
Set in the beautiful nature reserve of Andalucía “Sierra de las Nieves” in Southern. The owners have built the entire resort with their own hands, improving along the way since as early as 1994. It has everything you would expect from a top luxury yoga retreat and so much more.
A spring of the river “Rio Grande” is born at the entrance of our hamlet. From it, the purest of waters flow through our yoga centre, offering bathing facilities whilst surrounded by the wonderful fragrance of mountain flowers.
The yoga shala with its five meters high ceiling and meditation area gives a deeper dimension during the practice.
Also a big wooden terrace can be used for yoga practice. In shade and/or sun.
In addition, we are surrounded by waterfalls and lots of flowers and plants. The gardens are in several levels offer lovely hidden oases with beautiful painted decorations and mosaiq tiles.
There are several hand dug caves and a big salt water pool and outdoor shower.
They also offer spa & massage treatments.

SURROUNDINGS
The location is beautifully located high in the Spanish Sierra de la Nieves mountains.
The perfect setting for a peaceful time, to reflect and also close to some of the best hiking/walking routes in Southern Spain. The natural surroundings will provide you with endless inspiration and creativity.
The yoga retreat and wellness center is situated in stunning Andalucia in Southern Spain, set in scenic mountains just 50 minutes inland from Malaga airport and the Costa del Sol coast.
Molino del Rey is set in the hamlet of Jorox, near Alozaina in the Sierra de Las Nieves nature reserve, which includes Ronda and the Ronda mountains. So there are numerous hiking routes and popular walks practically on your doorstep. Also within Sierra de La Nieves natural park are the Marbella mountains which include the popular Refugio de Juanar walk and the hike to the top of La Concha peak offering beautiful views down to Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Costa del Sol coast.
